We are grateful for YOU!
MINT events are filled with workshops, posters, plenary sessions provided by our members for our members.
This experience is meaningful for both the speaker/facilitator and the participants, so we want everyone to feel prepared.
As you prepare your materials for the events this year, please examine the Presenter's Guide.
This experience is meaningful for both the speaker/facilitator and the participants, so we want everyone to feel prepared.
As you prepare your materials for the events this year, please examine the Presenter's Guide.
We hope that as speakers/facilitators/presenters you share these underlying guidelines:
1. We all want workshops to be successful.
2. We all come from different places and speak in different ways and have different ideas.
Important Presenter Information:
1. Materials for each presentation need to be prepared and copies supplied by each workshop presenter.
To plan how many copies or how much material, the room capacity is noted on the schedule next to the room name. (Printed materials is not required.)
2. Speaker materials will be made available on the App and on the website.
Submit Photos, updated bios and presentation materials as soon as possible (August 15th).
Materials provided after the deadline cannot be guaranteed to be included until after the Forum.
3. Each workshop will have a 'session support' volunteer.
This workshop volunteer will help the speakers as they ask or need (technology, handing out materials, helping with time cues, closing the door).
4. Workshop evaluations are simplified!
Each participant will be given a card to write affirmations or advice with permission.
These cards will be collected at the end of each workshop and given to the presenter(s).
